Bought a home and picture it differently? Crispidieci was founded in the Oltrepò Pavese, but works with clients and sites well beyond it, drawing on the experience of a group of surveyors who have spent more than thirty years guiding families and businesses through every stage of a building project: from the land survey to the registry paperwork, from architectural design to a finished site. We work as a single technical point of reference, following every step with the same care, from the first floor plan to the keys in your hand.

• Design – we design the spaces you will live in, balancing technical constraints, planning permissions and on-site supervision
• Surveying – we survey land with GPS, laser scanners and drones, so every project starts from accurate measurements
• Land Registry – registrations, changes and filings, followed through to the very last stamp
• Renderings – 3D models and renders illustrate the project for your future home, even before the site work begins
• Safety & more – site safety coordination, technical reports: the less visible side of the job, but an essential one

A team that works as one: each partner brings different expertise, from design to drone surveying, but your point of contact stays the same from the start of the project to the end. All our professionals are registered with the Register of Surveyors of the Province of Pavia.
