Every project starts from an accurate measurement: we carry out topographic surveys, elevation plans, land subdivisions and staking out, and handle registrations, changes and registry updates once work is complete, so paperwork never holds up the site.

With laser scanners, GPS and drones we survey sites and buildings with the precision the most complex projects demand: georeferenced point clouds, 3D meshes, orthophotos, contour lines and profiles, underpinning work on buildings, land and watercourses.

Before the first brick is laid, we give you an illustrative preview of what your home could look like: we model projects in 3D and BIM and produce photorealistic renders, useful for choosing finishes, checking spaces and presenting the project to anyone who needs to approve or finance it.

We follow the site step by step, checking that the work matches the design and schedule, and managing cost accounting, including in relation to available tax incentives.

We coordinate safety during both design and execution, for building and engineering sites, in full compliance with workplace health and safety regulations: a guarantee for everyone working on site and for everyone who trusts us with it.
